Ondrej took us hiking in a winter wonderland. We had a fantastic day out in the Bohemian and Saxon Swiss national parks. Bohemia Adventures was a pleasure to deal with in every way. Ondrej was lovely, timely, organized and full of information. I strongly recommend this tour.

We booked a full day tour to Bastei and Bohemian Switzerland on last day of year 2024. It was a wonderful day trip with tour guide Jana. First part of the trip comprised of visiting Bastei, viewing of sand rock mountains.,the views were simply breathtaking. Jana gave us a lot of information about the sandstone mountains/region. Second part of the trip was to Bohimian Switzerland, approx 45 mins away. We first had our lunch there, as part of selected package. It was decent food at a decent pub. Then we set off for a hike to Narnia land. It was something out of this world- magical, mesmerising, straight out of fantasy land. Had never seen some place so truly magical before. All in all the trip overall was good value for money. It wasn’t over stretched to make it over exhausting or too short to miss out important views/information. Our guide Jana made it worth our while with her knowledgable and charming personality . She’s full of energy, fun, well informed and above all responsible driver. She also took great photos of us. The itinerary was meticulously calculated, we were picked at hotel exactly as the time communicated beforehand and dropped off on time as well. I fully recommend this trip especially with Jana.

BEST EVER HIKING TOUR This was the trip of a lifetime. We will never forget it for so many reasons: ➕Initially we were skeptic because of the cold weather and whether or not our young kids could do it, but in the end we all enjoyed it. My wife and kids were extremely happy and that is the most important thing for me to see. ➕The snow over the beautiful Tisa rocks, the fresh air, the entire landscape, the views… PRICELESS!!! We took so many photos but none of them can describe how lovely our experience was and the scenery is simply better to see it for yourself. ➕ Our wonderful guide Robert needs a special mention. He was super helpful, entertaining, and we had so many interesting conversations (Bali, football, work, traveling, etc) that made our trip even more gratifying. He also described every place in such a way that was fun to hear. He definitely covered all the facts about each place. ➕ I truly enjoyed fresh Czech beer Falkenstejn during lunch thanks to Robert’s recommendation. The lunch itself was super yummy. ➕We then headed out to Bastei Bridge which was another spectacular tour you would not want to miss if you’re in Prague. Such breathtaking views. It left me completely speechless. ➕ Special thanks to Petra and the entire team of Bohemia Adventures. Petra has been extremely helpful since booking to all the way until after the trip. My son lost his phone, we were of course so sad but apparently they found it and Petra contacted me to return it. I offered a reward but it was declined. She was just happy to help. I feel like I owe you guys so much!

We just went with Vladimir on the tour of the bridge and German alps and it was awesome. The first hike was a little long and you need to be in reasonably good condition to climb up to the bridge. But once up there it is definitely worth the hike. We went new years morning and the view with the flocked trees was spectacular. Vladimir Was a great guide and i really enjoyed everything he taught us.

Robert our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We totally enjoyed our time and the views were stunning and amazing. No regrets joining this tour!

Misu arrived at our hotel promptly at 7:30 AM to pick us up. The van was clean and comfortable. We joined three other tourists during the journey. Our first stop was at a gas station for a coffee break and restroom use. Next, we visited the Tisa Stone sand structure. Misu provided clear expectations for the hike beforehand, ensuring our safety. Throughout the journey, he shared fascinating historical insights and offered valuable guidance for navigating the trail. To our surprise, he had thoughtfully prepared hot ginger tea for all seven of us. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious meal at a charming brewery restaurant. Misu kindly showed us around the establishment. We then crossed into Germany to explore Saxon Switzerland. As instructed in his message the previous day, we carried our passports as required. Misu expertly explained the various points of interest along the way and shared a wealth of historical knowledge about Saxon Switzerland. He even took numerous photos for us with our own cameras. To further enhance our experience, he provided coins for restroom use. On the return journey, we made a brief stop in a nearby town. Overall, Misu proved to be an exceptional guide, demonstrating excellent care and attention to detail throughout the entire tour.

Went on the winter wonderland walking tour of Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland today. What an amazing time! Our tour guide for the day was John, who was excellent. Knowledgeable, informative & very good company for the day. Can’t recommend this highly enough!

We had an amazing day. Warren was super great guide. He explained all the places we were visiting and the history. Our group had some people (me) with some mobility issues and Warren was very careful to make sure I could make the hike but that the rest of the group still got to take all the fun routes even if I couldn't walk on all of them. The views were amazing and we were so lucky with the wonderful weather. We are already planning a new tour with Bohemian Adventures for the summer. The food was lovely and Warren made sure our timing was perfect to see everything we planned.

Amazing tour today with Vladimir! From the moment he picked us up we went to amazing places and he was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. If this wasn’t our last day in Czech Republic we would book another tour.

We had an amazing day with great company and our amazing tour guide, Jana! We had originally booked the Dresden and Bastei Bridge tour but were quickly informed it was overbooked. We were offered to go on this tour instead, and the switch was easy peasy thanks to the Bohemian Adventures team. I honestly think that Tisa Rocks was SO WORTH IT!!! I will miss that place and hold it close to my heart. A true winter wonderland. The views were stunning, the snow perfectly fresh (great for snowballs!), and the rocks were so much fun to climb around. My 71 year old mother felt comfortable walking around, but it's good to pace yourself if you have any reservations. Our guide Jana was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and kind. We had a great time and HIGHLY recommend booking this tour if you love nature and learning the history of where you are! Thank you, Bohemian Adventures!

It was a wonderful day trip which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had lots of apprehension with my fitness level but Jana was wonderful & kept reassuring that it’s quite doable . Just make sure you wear hiking shoes as it could get slippery due to snow & warm clothes . Customize your walk as per your fitness level. Jana was lively , energetic & quite helpful & was a wonderful tour guide which made the outing more pleasant . Promising her to come back sooner with family & more fitter to explore more deeper into the wonderful white woods 😉😉 well done Jana ♥️♥️

it was a great day, our guide Robert was an excellent guide! He took us also in a short walk tour though the city of Dresden and told us a little of its history in very pleasant way. Very good professional indeed!

As a teen, i had a lot of fun, normally i hate hiking but they were so funny and you could choose if you want to stop walking or not, they brought water and had internet so it was very comfy, they brought food wasn’t the best but I didn’t come for the food so I didn’t mind, beautiful view

My husband and I honestly had the best day!! Thank you so much. The Bastei bridge was so beautiful and the views were breathtaking! We had SO much fun at the Christmas markets and the food was amazing. Our guide, Robert, was my favourite tour guide that I’ve ever had! He was so funny and he told us so many interesting facts without rambling or losing my attention (I have a very short attention span haha). Thank you so much for a day that I will fondly remember for the rest of my life, and thank you for the laughter!

We had the pleasure of joining a Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Park small group day tour conducted by Bohemia Adventures. Apart from the stunning sceneries and landscapes, we also enjoyed the company of our tour guide John. He had been very responsible, responsive and clear in his communication. His easy warmth and friendliness also made us felt at ease. Throughout the journey, he gave us many information i.e. backgrounds, historical events, interesting facts and so on. I also like to highlight that the lunch, which is included in the package, was delightful. All in all, it was a very smooth and enjoyable trip, I highly recommend it.

The horse riding trip was pleasant and surprisingly therapeutic, allowing us to set aside the hustle and bustle and appreciate tranquility and stillness. The Bastei Bridge was gorgeous and beautiful. Every angle of the bridge offered a different experience of the view. The rock formation was indeed unique and stunning. Our tour guide, Robert Enenkl was able to connect with us through his warm and hearty nature which made the entire trip fun and enjoyable.

We had a great tour of Bohemian Switzerland and Saxon with tour guide, Robert Enenkl. He was knowledgeable and very fun! There were 5 of us ranging in age from 67 to 39 and he made sure each of us had a great experience!! The lunch was icing on the cake!!

Absolutely fantastic! 10/10 recommend this trip! The hike at Saxony Switzerland was beautiful, every view point got better and better. Our tour guide Misiu was amazing from start to finish, he picked us up on time, he was a brilliant driver and the van was very comfortable. He made sure we were comfortable and warm etc at all times. He also had water and snacks if we needed them after our hike. He gave us a great tour of the National Park and knew so many interesting facts. Then we went onto Prina for a delicious meal and to see the beautiful town centre. We visited the Christmas Markets last and wow they were outstanding, Misiu took us on a tour of the smaller markets and surrounding areas and gave us the history of the area too. He is very knowledgeable. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this day trip and our tour guide Misiu enough. He was so informative and clearly loves his job. Thank you so much! 5* for everything!

My friend and I booked a tour through this company and I highly recommend them. The tour was well planned. We did a day trip to Dresden Christmas market and the Saxon National Park. The park is a lovely hike/walk to the famous Bastei Bridge in the Saxon National Patk. Also included was a lunch in a town called Pirin. It was delicious! Dresden Christmas markets were great and we spent more than enough time to shop all three markets. Our guide Misiu was the best! He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept the group together and keep us on schedule so we could all enjoy the day. And I must also mention it was great to be picked up and dropped off at our rental location. Again, I highly recommend the tour group and I will surely use them again.

It was a fun day tour. The Saxon Switzerland National Park was magnificent. We love the magical Christmas market. Our guide, Michal” Misiu”, was friendly, helpful and informative. Overall we had a great time.

Amazing location and absolutely beautifully appointed house. Our hosts made us feel welcome from the start and we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Quaint little town nearby for all our shopping needs. We stayed in the summer, but I can’t wait to see how it is in the winter. 5 stars for sure!

We had a fantastic time on this tour. The places were so beautiful and included a little hiking, which was great. We first went to the Tisa rocks and were there for a few hours. We then had lunch at the charming little restaurant near the entrance. Then, the afternoon was spent in a small Saxon town and then at Bastei Bridge. Our guide Misiu was absolutely fantastic and made the trip even better. This is a must do during any visit to Prague.

Had the most fantastic time. Our tour leader Tereza was wow, adorable, so knowledgeable and very dedicated. Tereza made sure that we are enjoying every moment and that she is walking at our speed. The views are spectacular and we were very lucky that at this time of year there weren't many tourists, so we could take in the view at a relaxed pace and take as many photos as we wanted. We had a relax sweet restaurant for lunch and the food was really good. The transport back and forth went smoothly and the van was very very comfortable. During our trip we also had a snack and drinks given. Tereza was an information machine and full of life. 💯 percent recommend this tour and tour leader.

I had a great trip to Tisá rocks and Bastei Bridge in November. It was misty, but I would say that was even better atmosphere, even the visibility was limited. Ondra was a great guide, gave us interesting information and made us laugh. He made my day. Thank You. Katerina

This day trip to Saxon Switzerland and Dresden was absolutely fantastic! We loved the short trek, which offered extraordinary views and a fascinating glimpse into history. We also thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit to the charming small town of Paring, where we stopped for lunch. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. Our tour guide, Michal “Misiu,” was incredible—he greeted us with a warm smile and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

Very relaxing environment, complete with sauna, fireplace, jacuzzi...

We had such a great time on this guided tour. Sam was a fantastic guide, always checking in with the group and providing insight into the history of the areas we visited - he was always patient and also offered the group water, snacks, and rest stops along the way. The walk to the sandstone arch was at a comfortable pace and there were many amazing photo opportunities along the way and when we got to the top. After lunch at a cute restaurant in Mezna village, Sam took us across the Czech-German border towards Bastei bridge. It was a short walk from the car park, again at a very comfortable pace. Sam very kindly dropped us back off at our apartment when we arrived back in Prague.

An absolutely amazing guided tour hike up to the sandstone arch, a delicious lunch, and then spectacular views in Bastei. Our tour guide Sam was fantastic and had amazing insights into the history - as well as non-stop dad jokes! Thoroughly recommend.

Great tour to the arch and the Bastei bridge . Morning hike was ~7 km which was just about right, then lunch, and then a relatively brief but spectacular time at the Bastei bridge. Beautiful and informative. John is a great guide- sets a relaxed but still professional tone. Lots of good info and kept us on schedule without feeling rushed. Definitely a highlight of my time in Prague. Love the city but really wanted to see something beyond the city limits.

Great communication from the team and from our tour guide Jon with a convenient pick up from our hotel. "Its somewhere in the mist" was the motto of the day 😄 But that did not disuade our group today. What an absolutely brilliant day! The bitter cold temperature and the etheral mists gave an even greater fairytale feeling to the Falcons Nest and the natural Arch. Lunch was delicious, in a lovely pub/restaurant on the Czech/German border. Finally we went to the awe inspiring Bastei Bridge, where the mist...finally cleared, to reveal breathtaking views! Robert, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and we all talked about a plethora of things on the journey back to Prague. Thank you Robert and Eva for organising our day!

My wife and I were in Prague for a medical conference, and we decided to come a few days early to sightsee. I booked the "THE BEST of 2 Countries in 1 Day: Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland" with Bohemian Adventures. Ondřej was our tour guide and it was a fabulous day. Ondřej was absolutely great. He picked us up promptly at our hotel in the morning and we enjoyed a nice drive to our destination while chit chatting about everything really. The hike down to the river and back up wasn't exactly easy, but it was enjoyable and it was worth it. Lunch was absolutely amazing. My favorite part was the Bastei Bridge. The views were stunning and the architectural feats were amazing. I would absolutely use Bohemia Adventures again, and I would hope Ondřej as our guide again.

A magical day! The guide Jana is full of knowledge and wonderful stories.

We were picked up from the hotel just in time, the car was very comfortable and clean, there are unlimited water bottles and energy snacks during the day.

The first part of the trip includes moderate elevation, spectacular views and wonderful points for photography.

The second most beautiful but also the most challenging part. A steep descent, a small boat cruise, not long, about 15 minutes, but just the right time. A steep descent backwards, challenging but possible.

In the last part, in Germany, you get to the bridge from which you can see a breathtaking view. We've already arrived in the dark because of traffic jams.

The lunch is excellent. The vegans have an option of rice, nuppies and roasted vegetables.
For vegetarians - mushroom risotto or cheese and fried cheese in bread fries.

We came in with gym shoes, recommended walking shoes.

Try to get our guide. She really made this day especially magical!

Just returned from the "Best of 2 Countries in 1 Day" tour, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our guide was amazing and really knowledgeable. From the area's history to intriguing facts about local mushrooms and fungi, it felt like exploring with a friend who knows it all. The views were breathtaking! We hiked up a beautiful sandstone peak in Bohemian Switzerland National Park, strolled along the Kamenice River gorge, and crossed into Saxon Switzerland National Park. Each location was more epic than the last. The hike was relaxed, allowing us to enjoy all the Instagram-worthy spots.

We had the opportunity to take our day trip with John. The tour was amazing. Beautiful spots. Great lunch. Very easy to spend the day with him. Shared his impressive knowledge of the area. Great sense of humour and very personable. We felt very well looked after. Absolutely 5 Stars!!!!!

Bohemia Adventures tour This was a great tour. Our tour Guide, Robert, was very personable and did a great job of accommodating everyone in the group and he just made the tour. Got lucky and had a great group of people on the tour as well. The tour itself was great. The hiking was easy and the scenery was beautiful. Recommend this tour.

Best views! John was our amazing, experienced tour guide and took great care of us! He knows the area well and made sure each person had what they needed. We saw incredible views everywhere we hiked. Lunch was delicious as well! When they say moderate, they mean it. I struggled a little on the 170 stairs up out of the river gorge since I have a remote desk job and previously injured my knees. The good news is that this trip kick started me into working out. 🙂 Definitely take your camera/phone because the views are totally worth the trip.

Jana was our tour guide. She had a pleasant personality and catered to everyone’s needs. She picked everyone up from their hotels and at the end of the day dropped us all back as well. She had great knowledge of the places we went to hike and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend the tour and most definitely recommend Jana as a fabulous tour guide. Thank you Jana!

The tour was super nice. Misu our guide was amazing. Looked after every small detail . Good hikes amazing scenery . If in Prague this is a must to do. Place for lunch was also very hospitable and fresh food.

Marvellous experience

Wow! An incredible adventure from start to finish! Robert, our very enthusiastic and compassionate guide, picked us up from hotel. We joined 5 other fine people in a comfortable van at 7 30 AM. Robert helped us to bond by sharing funny anecdotes, asking insightful questions and really listening to us. Our first hike was the most challenging,up to a stunning arch formation, about 2 hours up and down. Robert was patient and caring with my knee injury and gave us time to take lots of pictures, and even paid for our bathroom fees! Next was a delicious traditional lunch, and a beautiful hike through ferns and tall trees to a river and little lake. We drove to Germany to hike down to a bridge and view of the Elbe at sunset. We arrived home at 8 PM tired, thrilled and impressed with Robert's continued positive energy. Do not miss this experience!

This trip was amazing and worth it! Our guide Raphael was very impressive. He made the whole group at ease, and was easily able to communicate with our diverse group in Spanish, English and French. Better yet his depth of historical knowledge and detail about the areas we visited really added to how enjoyable the experience was. My husband and I were a little slow on the hikes but we were never pressured to go at an uncomfortable pace. We highly recommend this trip, and Raphael!

Misu was an amazing guide. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and fun to be with. The hikes here incredible and I would highly recommend!
