We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide clarity and flexibility for cancellations and refunds. Below are our detailed terms for cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable situations:


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

  • More than 24 hours before the tour:
    • Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Bohemia Adventures:

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances:
    • Customers will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request complies with our cancellation terms mentioned above.

2. Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 3 working days from the receipt of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
  • Partial attendance or leaving the tour early.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time.

4. Refund Confirmation:

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed, detailing the amount and transaction ID for your reference.

Booking Modifications

If you need to modify your booking (change of date, time, or participants), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or interruption of your tour.
