You meet in their office in Old Town just on the other side of the Charles Bridge. There are toilets available at the office but you have to get a token from reception and then go downstairs to the toilet or you have to pay!!
The tour itself was all around the area of Charles bridge and there were some really good information that we received from the guide that we would not have otherwise picked up. We then walked across the extremely busy Charles Bridge talking about the various statues and areas and then finished over at the Charles Bridge museum and you then took the boat trip along the river and finish back where you started. The entry to the museum is also included.
The whole tour was very well organised and enjoyed it. The boat has some narration via the headphone and you get a drink and snack onboard as well which is included.

We did this tour early on in our trip to be able to get used to the city and plan other activities for later in the week.
We had a fabulous time! Learnt a lot about Prague from our guides Jachym (for the morning tour) and Jakub (for lesser town and the castle tour). We saw and were told about all the main sites/points of interest as well as others not as well known and off the beaten track. Our guides were great- very knowledgeable and always adding little anecdotes and humour. Both gave us some great recommendations too!
It is a busy day with lots of info but well worth it. Make sure you have comfy shoes on.

This is a “hidden gem” away from the crowds! Tour guide Seb was great very congenial and informative was wonderful to get an historical perspective.

Vito is an excellent tour guide – really informative, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions. So glad we did this tour as Vito pointed out so much that we would’ve missed out on.

This was a fantastic walking tour! I often do walking tours when I travel but this experience really stood out.

Most walking tours bring you place to place, tell you a little and then move on but the tour guide, Adam, was super knowledgeable and basically traversed the whole tour walking backwards and delivering information in perfect English. Although he clearly knew his routine inside out, we still felt very comfortable asking questions and pausing to take a quick photo of things.

While I am not super knowledgeable about history, the information was delivered in a really clear, entertaining and engaging way which I managed to follow. There was also a fair amount of character put into the tour – highlighting local gems and providing the insight of a local as well as fun anecdotes. Adam even gave us quite a few of the groups personal recommendations after the tour for our remaining days in Prague.

The route gives a fantastic flavour of the city, I would recommend that you do this the first day or two of your stay so you know where you might want to come back and spend more time at.

We did the whole day tour which is quite tiring by the end but very worthwhile, and you get a decent lunch break to have a sit down and refuel (you are given recommendations but this time is your own). Also you don’t actually cover that much ground as the crow flies, and take a tram up to the Castle so there wasn’t a big hill or many steps involved. We enjoyed the boat tour section but I much prefer a live guide and also an open-air boat – although we had good weather!

There is a definite sence of peace and safety. Helpful people everywhere. Public Transport is incredibly good and trusts you to pay. But it’s so little (I’m 69 a senior £2.72) for a 24hr pass. Occasionally saw security on trams checking travelers

Lovely full day trip, Adam our guide was very informative answering any questions people had. We were in a small group of 8 people which made it easy to all keep together. Although it was a long day they allowed plenty of time for lunch.

A great introduction to Prague, highly recommended. We did the Old Town and Jewish Quarter tour, which was great, but the real value of any of these tours is the guides themselves. We had a young man named George who was absolutely delightful, extremely knowledgeable on a broad range of subjects ( history, architecture, art, music, and so on) and was eager to answer all our questions and offer local insight. Suggest you do this on your first day!

Great tour of Prague’s sights such as the bridge, the clock and the castle. Highly recommend them. Josef was our guide and did an amazing job!

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Adam was very nice, knowledgeable and fun. We could ask him many different questions and gave great recommendations for the rest of our stay. We had a small group, only four people, but that was great! This way, we could talk about all sorts of things. The beers were also good and it was a nice mix of different kinds.

Josef was a wonderful guide! We had a manageable group size, and Josef was an absolute pro at navigating through the various sites. He spoke clearly and offered the right amount of information.

The tour included Old Town, the Charles Bridge, the Jewish area, the Castle and a boat ride. Joseph was our guide in the morning and Elis in the afternoon. They were both knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Exceptional experience!

I highly recommend the 3 hour e-scooter tour of Prague. Our guide, David, was the best guide! He showed us much more than I expected and it was a great balance of historical information, beautiful sites, and fun.

Dynamite tour. Make sure you get Adam as your guide if you can. He doesn’t cuss at all, but it was still a top-notch tour and a fun way to start the day.

Our guide Johana was very knowledgeable and personable.I learned a lot about the history and local culture from her. The tour went at a nice pace. Ask for Johana if you can.

Josef was an amazing guide! I was the only person who booked, so it was a private tour, but he and some of his colleagues made it so fun! There was a large hill and steep incline, but Josef gave advanced warning. (The views were worth it!) He was also very knowledgeable about the history of Vyšehrad and the surrounding areas. It was the perfect way to end my stay in Prague!

My husband and I only had the weekend to explore Prague, so we chose this 3 in 1 tour. It was a great experience. Our guide, David, was an encyclopedia of facts and history and could not have been more helpful. He even warned us away from hidden tourist traps and gave great recommendations for where to eat and what to do outside if his tour. Only 4 other people were on the tour with us, and by the end of the day we were taking group photos because we had so much fun together. Highly recommend. Thank you, David!

Josef was brilliant and the two hours passed too quickly. It was great value and really helped us get a feel for the city and its history. The tour was peppered with food and attractions tips – dos and don’ts.

Really enjoyable walking tour that showed us the highlights with some interesting insights and information from tour guide Sebastian.
Would highly recommend it, and we plan to join another tour on our next visit to Prague
