Escape the bustle of Prague for the day on this snowshoeing adventure to North Czech Mountains. This snowshoeing tour is a unique way to discover the Czech Republic and its wilderness. If you can walk, you can snowshoe. You will explore the hidden spots of this beautiful mountain in the company of our local guide.  This tour is such that you will feel free and confident walking through our winter wonderland, regardless of your experience level.

Snowshoeing Tour in the Czech Republic

This full-day cross country skiing expedition begins in your accommodation in Prague, where our local guide will pick you up around 8 am in morning. Hop aboard our modern and fully outfitted vehicle (including WIFI for free) and head into the Northern region of the Czech Republic Jested Mountain.

After changing into easy snowshoes we will follow trails deep into the forest to discover snow-covered old growth trees and see native birds, animals, tracks and more. Your professional English speaking guide will provide local knowledge and stories about the area. Along the way, you can make snow angels with a snowman, have some fun playing in the snow and take a little tea & snack break too.

We will lead the way over snow-covered trails to reach the limits of the park and breath taking overlooks, all within the means of human-powered winter travel.

Lunch With Amazing Views

After your snowshoe tour, we’ll eat, drink and be merry with delicious lunch on the top of the mountain, and warm-up with some of Czech’s popular mulled wine! Are you vegetarians, vegans, allergics or meat lovers, and are you interested in genuine Czech cuisine?? We will treat you to the main course and a drink – of your choice :).

With a variety of tours available, choose from a family adventure on flat groomed trails or explore the steep, deep powder that can challenge the fittest of fit. From youngsters to your four-legged friends, snowshoeing is an amazing experience.

We will deliver you back to your accommodation in Prague around 6 pm with your camera full of beautiful photos, great memories with new friends and one more Bohemia Adventure story to tell.
